9. Do you assist with shipping for GCC orders?
Yes, for GCC orders, we operate on EXW terms (Ex-Works). After placing your order:
- We assist you for free in finding the most suitable and affordable shipping option.
- You only need to provide your final address, and we’ll help handle the logistics.
10. How long does delivery take?
- Kuwait: Delivery within 2–3 days after the order is received, depending on order volume and delivery location.Â
- GCC: Shipping depends on the chosen shipping provider, but we will support you to ensure the process is smooth and cost-effective.
11. What are your operating hours?
•Our team operates Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM–4 PM.
Bulk orders can be delivered after 4 PM if a request is made while placing the order.

EXW (Ex-Works) is an international trade term that means the buyer is responsible for all shipping and logistics once the goods are made available at our location.
- We prepare your order and make it available for pickup at our warehouse or agreed location.Â
